Wassailing
I went Wassailing today, what a beautiful Apple Tree English tradition! The purpose of wassailing is to awaken the cider apple trees and to scare away evil spirits to ensure a good harvest of fruit in the Autumn.Much cider was had, some Morris dancing, a big bonfire, singing and loads of loud cheering.
