Rain,rain, go away
we had an amazing spring a few weeks ago. It was sunny and warm for days and days. The garden looked stunning.! But you didn’t need to look too close to see how dry it all got. We had so much sunshine that even I (proper sun worrier) missed the rain. So when it arrived it felt good, both to me and to the garden.
But it’s been here for over a week now. Everything is sodden, everything is lush. I want the sun back now please. I want to see all those rain drops on leafs and petals and on the telephone wire outside my bedroom window glisten in the sun. Rain, rain, go away, come back an other day! #goodthings
