Fresh heaven-grown salad

This morning we went out on Yiti Beach for some vitamin D intake. On our way back, as we drove through the small fishing village of Yiti, we noticed a man selling some veg by the road. We stopped and saw that he was selling some kind of white radishes, fresh and zingy massive bunches of coriander and fresh spring onions. We took our precious shopping home and immediately proceeded to turn it into a salad. If you ever tried a spring onion fresh out of the garden in April, just as they first come out early spring, you’ll know what I am talking about. The spring onions you buy in supermarkets have nothing in common with this taste! The salad was divine, and yet again I am feeling happy 🙂 #goodthings
